Coeliac disease is a common autoimmune condition with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations, many of which extend beyond gastrointestinal symptoms. Patients may present with nutritional deficiencies, osteoporosis, dermatological conditions, or remain entirely asymptomatic.

This course provides a practical overview of serological testing in coeliac disease diagnosis, focusing on the use of tissue transglutaminase antibodies (tTG), IgA testing, and the role of genetic testing in selected clinical scenarios.
