The Healius Pathology Network
Our core business, the Healius Pathology Network, is one of Australia’s largest private providers of medical laboratory and pathology services.
We operate:
- 96 medical laboratories
- Approximately 1,982 patient collection centres
- Across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia
Our team includes:
- Over 200 pathologists
- Approximately 6,100 full-time equivalent staff, including scientists, technicians, collectors, couriers and support team members
Operating nationally under a variety of established state-based and specialty brands, the Healius Pathology Network delivers comprehensive diagnostic services across key areas including:
- Anatomical pathology (histopathology and cytology)
- Clinical pathology (biochemistry, haematology, immunology and microbiology)
- Genomic diagnostics
- Veterinary pathology
Each year, approximately one in four Medicare-funded pathology tests in Australia are processed in our laboratories.
