How to participate

Register

Register on-line with the audit you are currently interested in.

Confirmation

You will receive confirmation via email usually within 24 hours of your registration with the next process steps.

Collection of cases

Report alerts occur for Skin second monthly, Cervical & Prediabetes & Diabetes quarterly throughout the calendar year.

Review & reflect

Review all reports currently available to you by Oct of current year as evaluation and reflection documentation will be available to you by NOV - please complete and submit.

Claim CPD

If all criteria has been met and completed our education team will upload your CPD hours to the following colleges RACGP, ACRRM, AMA CPD Home, and SCCA. For all other colleges supporting documentation will be available to you for self-recording purposes. A completion certificate will also be made available to you.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get the specialised request forms if my audit involved requires this?

Specialised Request forms are only necessary for the Skin Audit; these are available via your regular on-line stores order. Please check in with your staff to order.

I have moved, what do I need to do to remain active in the audit?

You must let the Education team know when you move practices so we can activate the audit for you via your doctor code/provider number.

I am at multiple practices what happens then?

You can register at all your sites on the registration form. Your reports will be applicable for each designated site.

Can the doctor get hours for samples already submitted (retrospectively)?

No data travels through a completely different IT pathway this will only occur when the provider number is registered for the audit.
