Course contents

Through a practical case study, you'll learn how to identify cardiovascular risk across a woman's life course and recognise symptoms that may indicate acute coronary syndrome, including heart attack. The course addresses common questions about risk assessment, monitoring, and misconceptions surrounding cardiovascular disease in women.

  • Reproductive, pregnancy, and menopause history as cardiovascular risk indicators
  • Pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy
