Recent enhancements to Medway Results are designed to make pathology information easier to access, navigate and manage within your existing workflow. The latest release introduces improvements to report attachments, result delivery, patient history visibility and support for larger diagnostic reports.
What has changed?Improved access to report attachments
Report attachments are now easier to identify and access within patient results.
When downloading results that contain attachments, both the primary report and associated attachment will be downloaded automatically. When printing, clinicians can choose whether to print the primary report or the detailed attachment.
Enhanced report delivery
The Send Report workflow has been updated to streamline report distribution and improve delivery success rates to Practice Management Systems (PMS). Clinicians will be guided towards provider numbers that have a higher likelihood of successful electronic delivery.
Support for larger diagnostic reports
Large report attachments, including those generated by CardioScan and Genomic Diagnostics, are now available through Medway and supported across compatible operating systems and web browsers.
Improved patient history navigation
The Patient History page has been enhanced to maintain patient context while scrolling, with key patient identifiers remaining visible throughout the review process.
